Consultation Personal Training:

At Wood Fitness we offer consultation personal training for those who do not require hands-on training for every session, but could benefit from workout plans and nutrition tips.

You simply meet with a trainer on a weekly or bi-monthly basis to check in and assess your progress. This is ideal if you have an exercise background and are deterred from hiring a personal trainer due to the cost of each individual workout session. Great for students or anyone on a tight budget!
